The Deluxe King Room impressed with high ceilings and a super comfy bed, not to mention the stunning mountain view that made waking up feel special. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring poached eggs and that incredible whisky porridge, which really hit the spot.
The quietness of the area meant dining options were limited, especially on a Sunday when we arrived, leaving just one hotel restaurant open for meals. We ended up taking a short walk to a nearby option, but found it too hot inside, and the food didn't quite meet my expectations despite the crowd enjoying it. the parking situation was a bit tight for larger vehicles, which was slightly inconvenient.
